Full Job Description:

Private wealth management firm in Tallahassee, FL is seeking a Marketing and Public Relations Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with a wide range of marketing functions, including communications, advertising, branding, digital marketing, and social media. The Marketing Coordinator must be an organized multitasker able to handle many diverse projects at once and meet tight deadlines. This position will be responsible for the following:

  • Coordination and execution of all social media content and campaigns
  • Responsible for maintaining web presence via WordPress site
  • Responsible for data reporting and analysis for social media and website
  • Establish and maintain relationships with existing clientele, local community, and news outlets.
  • Writing and editing all marketing content including written communication to client base
  • Act as liaison with international news outlets via public relations firm
  • Event planning and coordination
  • Act as Executive Assistant to Chief Market Strategist
