OMNICOMMANDER, Inc. is the fastest-growing startup in the financial technology space, and we are looking for someone who is willing to grow with the team. Our Headquarters is located in the beautiful Florida Panhandle area of Miramar, Beach. We are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager. This position is located in our Miramar Beach, FL office. THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION.*

To become a successful OMNICOMMANDO you will be responsible for gaining a deep understanding of our client’s social media marketing needs and challenges, and translating these needs into engaging creative. You will do so by building a strong understanding of the uniqueness of our existing clients and leveraging a variety of social media platforms to tell compelling stories.

Excellent organizational skills, the ability to learn how to work with technology, and a firm foundation in a variety of marketing media are important qualifications for this position, as well as superior writing skills, and the ability to create deliverables within established SLA’s. The ideal candidate for this position is a skilled multi-tasker, is reliable, and is committed to consistently exceeding client expectations.

Social Media Manager responsibilities:

  • Manage/create the content for our clients with guidance from management
  • Manage multiple social media platforms for multiple clients
  • Respond to client’s member’s social media interactions
  • Be able to make corrections and changes as needed to content
  • Ask open-ended questions to internal team members to translate client needs/style into engaging creative
  • Well-versed in 90’s hip hop, current culture, and the ability to demonstrate some sort of talent-ie., baton twirling is a big plus and a lot of fun.

You will need:

  • Must have a background in digital marketing and/or have an “eye” for design
  • Must have experience with Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter
  • Must be able to absorb constructive criticism and take direction from management
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and clients
  • You should have good nunchuck skills in the event of a conflict with ninjas
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills- including written and verbal
  • Multilingual applicants are a plus
  • Experience with Sprout Social a plus
  • Criminal background check (Required)
  • US work authorization (Required)
