JOB SUMMARY: The Florida Department of Revenue (FDOR) is seeking an OPS Web Page Design Specialist for the Content Management and SharePoint team in the Information Services Program. This is an entry-level web and graphic design position that works with interactive websites. The position is responsible for arranging page/site layout and functionality based upon sound layout principles and aesthetic design concepts utilizing industry-wide recognized languages/software products.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Completion of 60 Semester or 90 quarter hours of college course work from an accredited institution which includes four courses in computer science, graphic design, web design, multimedia design or management information systems.
SUBSTITUTIONS:
- Completion of a 720 classroom hour program of study from a vocation/technical school or accredited community college in an area of graphic design, web design, multimedia design, data processing or computer science; or
- One year of experience in the above-related fields will substitute for the required education.
PREFERENCES:
- HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, NodeJS
- SharePoint development experience
- Adobe Cloud Suite
