- Serve as the College’s webmaster and orchestrate day-to-day programming, maintenance, and constant evolution of the NWF State College website.
- Coordinate with the Executive Director of Strategic Communications in the development of the College’s websites.
- Design, develop, test, modify, and implement web pages and applications in accordance with NWF State College standards and policies.
- Meet with various internal clients to determine web page needs or strategies.
- Create web page wireframes and mockups using Adobe Creative software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, or XD.
- Understand and implement web accessibility best practices based on W3C and Section 508 standards.
- Continually increase the College’s web presence utilizing SEO best practices.
- Prepare custom website performance reports as needed using Google Analytics and other metrics tools.
- Manage external web profiles and act as liaison for third-party website accounts contracted by the College.
- Proficient in videography and photography.
- Assist with graphic design production as needed.
- Provide support at events, programs, and other campus related activities, as needed.
- Provide technical support and training for College multimedia presentations and support when needed.
- Serve on various college committees and organizations as requested.
- Participate in professional development activities as requested.
- Flexibility to work varied schedules including evenings and weekends if needed.
- Complete mandatory annual compliance training.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Director of Strategic Communications or the College President.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Five (5) to seven (7) years of experience in web design.
- Demonstrated proficiency with HTML, CSS, JavaScript (jQuery), PHP, WordPress CMS, familiarity with using FTP clients for working with template files.
- Documented proficiency in videography and photography.
- Familiarity with strategies and materials used in communications/marketing/
- Expertise in multimedia and website technical support.
- Creativity and proficiency in graphic design and multimedia creation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including PowerPoint.
- Willingness to stay up-to-date on latest trends in the field.

Salary: $45,791.00-$61,564.00
