We’d love to meet you! We’re seeking a Marketing Intern to join our team!
You will be responsible for assisting the marketing department in identifying areas of improvement to increase company growth, lead generation, and brand awareness. Combining classic customer service with CRAZY fresh marketing, Think Real Estate is a locally owned, outside of the box, real estate company in Bay County, Florida.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct research to determine potential of products and services to determine areas of strength, weakness, and opportunity.
- Assist in the development and implementation of innovative marketing campaigns.
- Willingness to be in front of a camera as cameras are always running in a Think Office to document crazy fresh content.
- Assist in documenting and capturing content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
- Assist in digital design (creating marketing materials for social media and print).
- Willingness and ability to travel locally to social events such as golf fundraisers, networking events, etc. as needed.
- Working with our Marketing Specialist to assist agents with their individual marketing needs.
- Work to help build relationships with local social media influencers.
- Strong interest in social media marketing using various platforms.
Qualifications:
We are not looking for someone who is a “marketing superstar.” We are looking for someone who is creative and thinks outside the box BUT is also very coachable. This person should believe in the Think Brand, strive to “be the light”, is eager to learn new things and isn’t afraid of being pushed to learn more. We will be hiring based on Personality, Character, Initiative, and Work Ethic. Experience with graphic design and/or social media management is a plus, but not required!

- Monday – Friday
- On-call
- Weekend availability
