James Moore & Co, P.L.’s HR Solutions team is currently working with Rowland Publishing, seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator based in Tallahassee, FL. The Digital Marketing Coordinator oversees all digital content channels for the proprietary magazines of Rowland Publishing, Inc. and supports the Director of Marketing with marketing efforts for Rowland Publishing, its proprietary products, and its signature events.

In addition, this position is responsible for:

  • Support marketing efforts as needed for Rowland Publishing’s proprietary titles, Rowland Publishing, Inc. corporate brand, and signature events.
  • Contribute creative marketing campaign ideas and online exclusive articles
  • Attend and assist with signature events
  • Assist with monitoring analytics and compiling data-driven relevant internal and external reports as needed on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
  • Help to ensure seamless content flow between the Editorial and Marketing departments
  • Upload all content for each of four proprietary magazines to their respective website
  • Rewrite headlines and subheads as needed
  • Edit, format, and post exclusive content
  • Publish Digital Flipbook
  • Create gifs for marketing
  • Place online ad orders in Google Ad Manager, including line item creation, delivery, and
  • reports
  • Oversee the lead generation process
  • Assists with website redesigns and maintains each website to be free of errors
  • Oversee all social media (sponsored and editorial) digital distribution for Rowland Publishing’s
  • proprietary titles, corporate brand, and signature events
  • Create and implement organic social media campaigns & content calendar
  • Distribute e-newsletter for Rowland Publishing’s proprietary titles and signature events

Desired skills and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of three years of experience working in digital marketing field.
  • Experience working both collaboratively and independently.
  • Leadership experience in a creative setting s preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Superior attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
