You will work on a variety of projects that include but are not limited to: graphic design in general, production, web design, email design, social media ads, digital display ads, brand identity/logo design, magazine design, brochures, PPT presentations. The ideal candidate will be excited to participate with a highly collaborative team and touch all aspects of the design process.

The ideal candidate has exceptional visual design skills and experience defining a visual brand language. You’ll be responsible for creating breathtaking designs that include delivering the concept, theme, color, typography, and style for our website, catalog, marketing material, and product instructions. A self-starter who can complete small tasks with little direction while eagerly collaborating with the team when the project requires.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute compelling digital and print assets utilizing the Adobe Creative Suite with exceptional compositing skills

  • Collaborate with teammates requesting graphic design or layout work; develop ideas and present options for review

  • Exhibit strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills, and design skills

  • Ownership of the Konica production printers: operation during printing, refiling, and maintaining paper, toner, and ink

  • Development and procurement specifications for custom customer logos

  • Work from concept to completion within structured brand guidelines

  • Producing high-quality deliverables with a critical eye for detail

  • Interpret and apply project feedback in a timely and professional manner

  • Schedule and track open and ongoing projects through to completion

  • Be self-motivated and able to commit to project goals.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Education

  • Education: Associate Degree (required), Bachelor’s Degree (preferred but required)

Required Experience:

  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign: 3-4 years)

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office: 2 years

  • Graphic Design: 3-5 years

Required Knowledge

  • Expert in Microsoft Office; Word, PowerPoint

Skills/Abilities:

  • Knowledge of Photography, Videography, After Effects, Figma, WordPress

  • Knowledge of production printing systems: Fiery EFI, Konica Minolta, Canon

  • Expert in Microsoft Office; Word, PowerPoint

  • Photo Retouching

  • HTML, JavaScript, and CSS skills
