Responsibilities
Designs original graphics, brochures, flyers, advertisements, banners, recruitment materials, and promotional items for the School of Theatre.
Utilizes a variety of equipment and software to design, create, and alter media images. Uses advanced knowledge of design principles to select typefaces, layouts, and other related aesthetics in publications and materials.
Creates media including videos for use in multiple formats including print, electronic, and social media.

Qualifications
Bachelors degree and two years of experience; or a high school diploma or equivalent and six years of experience.
(Note: or a combination of post-high school education and experience equal to six years.)
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
- Knowledge of artistic and graphic layout techniques and art in a digital format.
- Skill in analyzing and determining the more appropriate media for creation of graphic images.
- A valid Florida or Georgia driver’s license or the ability to obtain one.
Preferred
Bachelors Degree in a related field.
Knowledge of HTML and CSS coding for website design.
Knowledge of the use of Abode Creative Suite applications.

Pay Plan
This is an A&P (Administrative and Professional) position. Starting salary: mid-to-high $30,000s, commensurate with experience.

Schedule
Schedule is M-F, 8-5, with occasional evenings and weekends as needed for School events.
Criminal Background Check
