360 Blue is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who can manage, execute, implement and analyze multiple ad campaigns, with responsibilities including but not limited to audience research, account setup, and campaign configuration.
Position requirements:
The position requires experience with Google and Facebook Ads Manager. The Digital Marketing Specialist will work with all aspects of paid media advertising, including automation, ad scheduling, conversion tracking, offers, video ads, and bidding optimization. The position requires expertise on all Google, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Youtube, and Twitter offerings, including all ad units, targeting options/providers. The candidate must be capable of implementing new features that come onto the market, and have a great pulse on social/digital media and any target market industry trends. The Specialist must possess an in-depth understanding of Google Analytics (GA) and have the ability to analyze and interpret GA data. He or she must have a thorough understanding of conversion metrics goals and be capable of tracking performance and review paid search impact on other channel traffic.
Responsibilities:
The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for all paid search and social media planning and implementation. He or she will also optimize existing ads and create new strategies with cold audiences, look-alike audiences, and remarketing audiences in order to expand the reach and exposure of our brand. The Specialist will also develop keyword targeting lists, strategies and research. He or she will also implement campaign setup, set CPC/CPM bids, and track conversion.
