Producer, Live Events& Virtual Experiences – Deloitte’s Green Dot Agency
Are you a Producer with a track record of successfully managing various projects and personnel that come together in creating, world-class campaigns across a variety of platforms? Deloitte’s Green Dot Agency is looking for a Producer, Live Events & Virtual Experiences who’s accountable for production projects and manage the production staff within this specialized area. At the same time, you speak the language of business stakeholders and marketing colleagues to effectively articulate your ideas and sell work. You’re equally good at inspiring teams and mentoring junior producers, as well as providing clear direction and concrete constructive criticism. We’re looking for someone who has an immense sense of leadership along with an immense sense of fun and who is not afraid to put his/her thinking cap on to bring new ideas to the table.
WORK YOU’LL DO
- Ensures the output for all projects matches the respective creative and brand vision for each and is delivered at the highest quality standards.
- Serve as a tastemaker who can curate and assemble great teams of outside suppliers (experiential companies, technologies, photographers, event companies and the like).
- Develop positive relationships with creative teams, Account teams, Strategy, Insights and Analytics, Project Management, The Studio, and all production teams/vendors.
- Execute innovative in-person or virtual events that promote the firm, build, and enhance brand eminence, generate leads, and develop relationships
- Experiential research development and programming for campaigns
- Research and implementation of the latest experiential technologies available
- Serve as a liaison for technology supports per activation
- Exhibit booth design and strategy
- Collaborate with creative teams from the earliest conceptual stage to ensure the most innovative creative and production are employed.
- Contribute to the strategic vision and have ownership of the final product’s quality.
- Be passionate about delivering the best, most talked about creative on time and on budget and in line with Project Managers & Account Managers requests.
- Source and evaluate quality vendors to ensure creative and production are supported by the best resources and the latest technological developments and techniques.
- Bid and negotiate with vendors for all aspects of event production.
- Integrate with other producers (as needed) on events, web & pod casts, video needs, D.com and digital and have a good working knowledge about all mediums.
- Provide clear communication of project statuses to internal teams and any third-party vendors.
- Determine the project risk on an ongoing basis and escalate issues as needed.
- Possible Line management responsibilities of Junior producers
- Squad leadership responsibilities and alignment with Account Management team
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE
- Highly organized with substantial event experience and experiential design Exceptional organizational, time-management, and planning skills.
- Proactive approach to responsibilities and creative problem-solving.
- Strong attention to detail, proven ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects
- Self-motivated and willing to expand knowledge.
- Proven team building and leadership skills.
- Ability to work well independently but know when to escalate.
- Exceptional understanding of production, best practices, and best-in-class partners.
- Experience with cost consultants is required
- 10+ years of relevant experience required.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
