Full Job Description

Celeb Luxury/No Fade Fresh is looking for an enthusiastic, collaborative, and high-level Creative Graphic Designer for the company’s digital & social media platforms that also has experience with video editing and social media content creation to join our team full-time.

The designer is an essential part of the creative team, working closely with a creative group of senior designers, art directors, creative directors, and account executives to develop creative concepts for our Brands. You will report to our Creative Director who is based in New York City and travels to our South Florida office every other week for a week at a time. This is an excellent opportunity for any Graphic Designer who wants to take their knowledge and skillset to the next level as you will be mentored by one of the beauty industry’s most prominent Creative Directors with decades of high-level beauty editorial design experience for Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar, Elle and many others in his portfolio.

You will work on a variety of projects that include but are not limited to, graphic design in general, production, web design, email design, social media ads, digital display ads, brand identity/logo design, magazine design, brochures, PPT presentations, and video editing. The ideal candidate will be excited to participate with a highly collaborative team and touch all aspects of the design process. Beauty and or cosmetic experience is a plus. You must be able to tell a beautiful and visually compelling story to our consumers through graphics.

Responsibilities

  • Originate impactful visual designs across a wide variety of brand touchpoints
  • Support Marketing Team with meticulous graphics, gifs, and animations for Social Media, eCommerce, and all digital objectives.
  • Social Media Editing (Instagram/Facebook/TikTok/Youtube etc.)
  • Video Editing
  • Graphic Design
  • Photo Retouching
  • Create beautiful typographic solutions for short and long-form copy layouts
  • Have an intimate understanding of visual language
  • Present conceptual thinking and designs to both internal and external teams
  • Execute ideas in a timely manner according to internal and client deadlines
  • Execute creative solutions that are fitting to project budget constraints

Requirements

  • South Florida applicants only! Non-remote position (if you are outside of the South Florida area or seeking remote work you need NOT to apply)
  • Demonstrate a good understanding of all media (print and digital).
  • Possess good presentation skills.
  • Have an ability to problem-solve independently and with team members.
  • Be self-motivated and able to commit to project goals.
  • Have excellent organizational skills.
  • Demonstrate the highest ethical standards in relating to others.
  • Have a minimum of 2-4 years experience in a design or advertising agency.
  • Exhibit strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills.
  • Proficient with programs such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, InDesign, Microsoft PPT. You must consider yourself an expert with these programs.
  • Have an understanding of Marketing.
  • Have an online portfolio.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $50,000.00 per year
