We are seeking an outstanding candidate to provide support for our creative needs through the development of collateral and ongoing digital editing.
In the Graphics Specialist position, you’ll pair your upbeat attitude and outstanding organizational skills to provide high-level administrative support to the Growth & Engagement team by developing eye-catching sales collateral, responding to customer needs, developing unique and innovative B2B marketing campaigns, and performing all duties as assigned from the Growth & Engagement leadership.
Essential Position Functions:
- Provide creative lead on all B2B sales collateral as advised by departmental leadership
- Develop a suite of creative assets from our existing inventory/archives
- Create engaging content around graduation/commencement topics
- Conceptualize and create quick-use templates for sales meetings
- Leverage HubSpot and social media to develop and distribute engaging content to our portfolio of prospects and clients
- Provide customized graphic design for bids/proposals/presentations as needed
- Maintain ready-made templates for all of our sales materials for quick customization
- Pioneer new designs/aesthetics for future marketing strategies
- Provide seasonal support to the Sales Service team for urgent retouching/graphic needs
Qualifications:
- Highly proficient of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign and Lightroom)
- College degree in Graphics, Design, Photography, or equivalent experience
- High proficiency in communication
- Excellent time management
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
