Responsibilities
The Creative Content Designer for Women’s Basketball will be responsible for creating a variety of graphic design/creative elements for recruiting, social media and marketing. The primary focus will be on supporting the creative recruiting needs of the coaches. The Creative Content Designer assists in developing and implementing a recruiting content calendar and collaborates with other external staff members to execute creative assets and content for our digital platforms. They will design materials, presentations and creative support for recruiting visits and other aspects of the program’s internal operations. This position must have the ability to produce high volumes of graphics on a deadline while maintaining a high quality of work.
Qualifications
High School Diploma and minimum of one (1) year of relevant work experience in graphic design with a demonstrated understanding of design principles is required. Design portfolio demonstrating high level strategic design sensibilities and strong illustrative skills which translates to inspirational digital content and aids in student-athlete recruitment.
Demonstrated professional experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and After Effects). Proficiency in creating motion graphics is also preferred but not required.

Anticipated Salary Range
Expected pay is $15 hourly and time commitment is between 20-30 hours per week.
